The App aims to raise awareness and provide satisfaction to smart phone user to express their thought on human right issue. The App contain of information about international human rights conventions related to civil and political rights; relevant laws of Cambodia related to freedom of expression, assembly, and association; frequently-asked questions on issues pertaining to the rights and responsibilities of human rights defenders; a forum of discussions on freedom of assembly, association, and expression; and case studies on violations of these freedoms.
